when booking an appointment online please sure not to closed window too soon and if you don't receive a confirmation email or text please give us a call to confirm it booked.
Once you make a booking, we set aside the time required for your service. Some treatments can take four hours so a late cancellation or no-show creates significant impact.
Respectfully, we ask for 48-hour notice for changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in 50% of reserved services.
We understand unavoidable situation sometimes arise so we will work with you in the case of an emergency.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the full service booked.
