In keeping with Government Guidelines and,
in an effort to keep everyone safe and well, we will be asking for proof of vaccination
Respectfully, we ask for 24-hour notice for changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in 50% of reserved services.
We understand unavoidable situation sometimes arise so we will work with you in the case of an emergency.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the full service booked.
