Cancellation Policy

Respectfully, we ask for 24-hour notice for changes to your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in 50% of reserved services.

We understand unavoidable situation sometimes arise so we will work with you in the case of an emergency.


No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.


Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the full service booked.


Guarantee of Services Policy

We always want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 5 days from appointment will not be immediately considered a redo but assessed on a case by case basis.

We have the right to refuse service.
